Born and raised in the Port City, Todd is a true Wilmingtonian. He graduated from Laney High School and has an undergraduate degree from UNCW in Elementary Education, as well as a Master of School Administration from there. He knows Wilmington and the surrounding areas very well.

After more than 23 years teaching and coaching in Pender and New Hanover Counties, Todd transitioned into the real estate world where he continues to educate people. This time around, though, the students are a little taller and older than the 9 and 10 year-olds he worked with for so long.

Todd lives on the northern end of Wilmington with his wife, Christi, and their daughter Tinsley. They also have five four-legged children; Dory, Dolly, Thelma Lou, Taylor Swift (he did NOT name her) and Winnie, all rescued cats. As a family they enjoy playing board games, traveling and watching movies. 

When Todd isn’t spending time with his family or working with real estate you can find him reading or watching his favorite sports teams. He’s a lifelong, diehard fan of the North Carolina Tar Heels, Atlanta Braves and Washington Commanders.
